About the Role

As Co-Founder and CFO, you will be Rentalize's financial architect. You will build the financial infrastructure from the ground up: fundraising strategy, investor relations, financial modelling, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance. You will work directly with the CEO and board to define and execute the capital strategy that fuels our growth across the Irish and UK property management market.

What You Will Do
  • Build and own the company's financial model, forecasting, and reporting

About the Role

About the Role

About the Role

Do I need property management experience?
Not at all. We value curiosity, drive, and the ability to learn quickly. Many of our best ideas come from people with fresh perspectives outside the housing sector.
Are the volunteer and student roles really unpaid?
Volunteer and advisory roles are unpaid but come with equity options, direct mentorship, and real experience. Student placements follow your university's work placement guidelines. We are upfront about compensation for every role.
Can I work fully remote?
Yes. Most of our roles are remote friendly across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Some roles may require occasional travel for client meetings or team events.
What does equity participation mean at this stage?
Early team members receive share options that vest over time. As Rentalize grows, so does the value of your stake. We are transparent about cap table and vesting schedules during the offer process.
