Why We Exist
One Platform for the Schemes That Define Irish Housing
Ireland's housing system runs on fragmented spreadsheets, disconnected databases, and manual processes that were never designed for the complexity of modern housing schemes. Local authorities manage HAP, RAS, Cost Rental, Affordable Purchase, Part V, Choice-Based Letting, and differential rent, often across multiple disconnected systems with no single view of a tenant or a property.

Founded in Dublin
Rentalize Software Limited incorporated (CRO 765596). Started building because no existing tool understood Irish rental law, local authority workflows, or the schemes introduced under Housing for All.

First Local Authority Goes Live
Meath County Council adopted Rentalize to deliver the Affordable Housing Purchase scheme, replacing manual processes with an end-to-end portal for applications, eligibility verification, and back-office administration.
2024
ISO Triple Certification
Achieved ISO 27001, 27018, and 27701 certification, covering information security, cloud personal data protection, and privacy information management. Built for the scrutiny that public sector procurement demands.
