Why We Exist
One Platform for the Schemes That Define Irish Housing
Ireland's housing system runs on fragmented spreadsheets, disconnected databases, and manual processes that were never designed for the complexity of modern housing schemes. Local authorities manage HAP, RAS, Cost Rental, Affordable Purchase, Part V, Choice-Based Letting, and differential rent, often across multiple disconnected systems with no single view of a tenant or a property.
Rentalize exists to replace that fragmentation with one connected platform, purpose-built for the regulations, the schemes, and the reporting requirements that define housing in Ireland and the UK.

The platform started life under the FairSelect brand, built because no existing tool understood Irish rental law, local authority workflows, or the schemes introduced under Housing for All.

First Local Authority Goes Live
Meath County Council adopted Rentalize to deliver the Affordable Housing Purchase scheme, replacing manual processes with an end-to-end portal for applications, eligibility verification, and back-office administration.

Rentalize Software Limited Incorporated
Incorporated in Dublin on 7 June 2024 (CRO 765596), running a platform that has been in production with a local authority since 2022.

Three Products Released
Launched Rentalize Select, Core, and 360 to serve every segment of the market, from individual landlords through to local authorities running multiple housing schemes simultaneously.

Platform data is stored in EU data centres, with no US-based subprocessors for primary data storage. If you run Talia on a US-hosted AI engine, the prompts it needs are processed by that provider; a self-hosted model keeps AI processing inside your own infrastructure.

A focused team with deep experience in technology, public sector delivery, and Irish housing. We have managed properties, run IT for major institutions, and shipped infrastructure at global scale, so we build what actually works.
Aria Pour
Founder & CEO
Aria founded Rentalize on a simple belief: the people who house Ireland and the UK deserve software as good as the systems big tech runs on. That belief is backed by 25 years of technology leadership, including Senior Delivery Manager for Google's EMEA infrastructure and Head of IT at Dublin City University, an MBA from Griffith College Dublin, and hands-on property and housing technology work since 2018.

Jack runs the engine room of Rentalize: operations, finance and the customer and partner relationships the business is built on. Jack leads how technology and AI are put to work across the company and for customers, so every onboarding, implementation and partnership in Ireland and the UK lands well and keeps delivering.
Allen Arifi
CTO
Allen leads the engineering behind Rentalize and the AI inside it. The platform is architected to scale to a million properties, Talia runs on each customer's choice of AI engine, every AI action is logged, and platform data stays in the EU. Security, integrations and the technical roadmap across every Rentalize product sit with Allen.

Head of Product
Milad turns housing rules into working software. Leading product strategy and customer implementations, Milad builds Irish requirements such as HAP, RTB registration and the 2026 rent cap into Rentalize, with AI handling the routine work and people keeping the decisions. PMP certified, Milad makes sure every deployment fits the compliance needs of the organisation running it.
