Contractors are a first-class entity in Rentalize. They have their own role, records, trade types, property assignments, ticket workflows, and performance metrics. Vendors are lighter weight, appearing as invoice references on tickets. The platform includes a vendor master database, vendor insurance and credential tracking, and a contractor self-service portal. Purchase order workflows are on the roadmap using the tasks system.
