We feed your old MRI exports, Excel sheets, Access databases, paper-form scans, even SQL dumps from custom-built systems, into our migration pipeline. AI handles the mapping, dedupe, anomaly detection, and address normalisation. Humans handle the judgement calls.

Three things. It infers schema mapping by reading source headers, samples, and any docs you have. It cleanses and dedupes records with confidence scores so humans only review the uncertain ones. And it detects anomalies in rents, dates, balances, and HAP rates so we catch bad data before it lands in production.
We have migrated from MRI exports, Yardi, Civica, Aareon, custom Access databases, raw SQL Server dumps, Excel workbooks with merged cells, and even scanned paper forms via OCR. If we can read the bytes, we can map the data. The harder the source, the more value the AI tooling adds.
