HAPM stands for Housing Association Performance Management. It is a reporting framework administered by the Irish Council for Social Housing (ICSH) that measures the performance of Approved Housing Bodies. Rentalize does not produce HAPM submissions today. The tenancy, rent, arrears, repairs and compliance data a return draws on is held in Rentalize and exports to PDF or CSV from the BI reports.
