Contract documents

Rentalize sells on one signed document. The Order Form carries the commercial terms and incorporates the four documents below, which are standard and are published here in full. Nothing here changes from customer to customer.

How the documents fit together

A customer signs one document, the Order Form. It states the term, the rate card, the portfolio, the implementation scope and anything agreed specifically with that customer. It then incorporates the Master Subscription Agreement, the Data Processing Agreement, the Service Level Agreement and the Acceptable Use Policy, each at the version stated on the Order Form itself.

Keeping the standard terms here rather than stapling them to every contract means one signature instead of two, a shorter document to review, and a single place to check what the terms actually say. The version named in a signed Order Form binds that customer for the whole of its initial term, so superseded versions stay published at the same addresses and are listed in the archive below.

The mutual non-disclosure agreement sits before all of that, and is used during demonstrations, workshops and evaluations.

Version archive

Every version that has ever been incorporated into a signed Order Form stays reachable. Where a document has been superseded, the earlier version is listed here with the date it was replaced.
