Rentalize + Companies Registration Office
Letting agencies and Approved Housing Bodies operating as Irish companies must file annual returns with the Companies Registration Office. Rentalize can hold the annual return date as a recurring task with reminders and keep CRO documents in the document vault. Rentalize does not prepare financial statements or submit returns to the CRO; filing is done with the CRO directly.
