Rentalize Select is the scheme administration product built for Irish Local Authorities, Approved Housing Bodies and other affordable housing providers, covering application intake, eligibility screening on applications, AI scoring, fraud detection and tenant selection with a full audit trail. This page lets you size the cost of Select for your organisation across four published plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus), the schemes we support, and the discount structure for non-profit and multi-year customers.

Which Rentalize product is this?

Rentalize sells three products and each is priced separately. Rentalize Select is priced on this page: it is for public bodies administering housing schemes, sized by scheme count, admin seats and annual application volume, from €12,000 a year. Rentalize Core is the full property management platform for letting agencies, property management companies and housing bodies, priced per property and per staff account from €199 a month. Rentalize 360 is the mobile-first product for self-managing landlords and its pricing has not been published yet. Who Rentalize Select is built for

Build-to-rent developers, student accommodation providers and large private portfolios that take high volumes of lettings applications. Local Authorities running affordable purchase and other application-based housing schemes. Approved Housing Bodies letting social, affordable and cost rental homes.

What is included in every Select plan

Unlimited applicant accounts. Unlimited public-facing application portal. GDPR compliant. EU hosted on AWS Dublin. SSO and Microsoft Entra ID integration. Document management with automated retention. Reporting, audit logs, and exportable data. Implementation, training, and Irish-based support. There are no per-application fees, no per-property fees, and no charges for additional applicant users.

The four published Rentalize Select plans

Starter at €12,000 a year covers one housing scheme, three admin seats, and up to 250 applications a year. Built for small Local Authorities and smaller AHBs. Professional at €22,000 a year covers three schemes, five admin seats, and 251 to 750 applications a year, for mid-sized Local Authorities and AHBs with diversified scheme portfolios. Enterprise at €35,000 a year covers ten schemes, five admin seats, and 751 to 2,000 applications a year, with a 4 hour support SLA and a dedicated account manager. Enterprise Plus, from €50,000 a year on custom pricing, covers Local Authorities at full county scale, the LDA, consortiums and large multi-tenure operators, with unlimited schemes and 10+ admin seats. Extra schemes and seats can be added to any plan below Enterprise Plus.

Schemes Rentalize Select supports today

Affordable Purchase under the LAAPS, now presented as the Starter Home Purchase Scheme, Part V allocations, and Cost Rental applicant intake and allocation. Automated cost rental eligibility checks, statutory social housing assessment and choice-based lettings are on the roadmap, not in the product today. HAP and RAS administration is not part of Select. Differential rent is covered by our free public differential rent calculator for all 31 council schemes, a website tool rather than a Select module.

Built-in discounts

A 15 percent discount applies for Approved Housing Bodies and registered non-profit housing organisations on every plan. Multi-year commitments attract 10 percent on a 2 year contract or 20 percent on a 3 year contract. An early adopter discount of 25 percent is open to the first 10 customers in 2026. There is also a 90-day paid pilot at 50 percent of the quarterly cost, so a Local Authority or AHB can test Select on one scheme; if the pilot converts, there is no additional setup fee.
