How often is the Rentalize Quarterly published?
Four times a year, at the start of each quarter (January, April, July, October). Each issue collects the most useful analysis from the previous quarter alongside fresh original pieces commissioned for the newsletter.
Who writes the newsletter?
The Rentalize editorial team writes the newsletter, with contributions from housing professionals working at Local Authorities, Approved Housing Bodies, Property Management Companies and private landlords across Ireland and the UK. Every issue is fact-checked against legislation.ie, gov.ie and RTB publications.
How can I subscribe?
Use the contact form at rentalize.com/contact and ask to be added to the Rentalize Quarterly distribution list. Subscription is free for housing professionals and there is no marketing follow-up: the newsletter goes out once per quarter and that is it.
What topics does each issue cover?
A standard issue covers: policy and regulatory updates (RTB, Department of Housing, LGMA), Cost Rental and HAP analysis, a featured case study from a Local Authority or AHB, a PropTech section on AI and automation, and Rentalize product updates. Special issues focus on Budget housing measures and end-of-year market data.
