FAQ

Common questions

For agencies wanting one platform for lettings, property management, AND rent collection, yes. PayProp remains the right choice if you only need payment processing and you already love your PM tool.
Yes. Rentalize Pay supports SEPA direct debit for Ireland and the EU, plus Bacs / Faster Payments for UK. PayProp is UK-only on direct debit.
Yes. Rentalize Pay is optional; the platform integrates with PayProp, Stripe, GoCardless, and other rent-collection providers if you prefer to keep your existing setup.
PayProp's reconciliation is widely regarded as the best-in-class. Rentalize's automated reconciliation matches the same patterns (income → property → tenancy → ledger) and is improving rapidly. For most agencies the gap is small; for enterprises with very complex client-money structures, PayProp's edge is real.
It means PayProp will integrate more tightly with Reapit and is less likely to integrate as deeply with other PM platforms. If you use a non-Reapit PM tool, the long-term direction may favour an end-to-end alternative like Rentalize.
